The bouquet was beautiful and lush, as always. I so appreciate that Elaine constructs her arrangements to hold up well in the nursing facility, with plenty of pink (mother’s favorite) and complementary flowers in a unique ensemble every time.

The Peace Lilly I ordered for my Mom for Mother's Day was beautiful. I usually send flowers but I wanted to change it up this year. My mom was surprised with how big the plant was and told me she had the perfect spot in her livingroom to show it off when her friends visit. I'm glad I chose the plant as her gift this year.

The piece I ordered for my mother in laws funeral was absolutely stunning in every way. The only one negative comment was the piece was late arriving to the funeral home by 30 mins. Other than that the experience was nice. Thank you for a beautiful display.

I have been using Cumberland Floral to send flowers to my mother for the past few years. After entering a nursing home this summer after a fall, I’ve relied on Cumberland floral to brighten hers days through fresh flowers. They’ve provided consistently beautiful arrangements promptly and with no hassle. Though I have not personally seen every arrangement, my mother has certainly enjoyed them all. Fantastic service! I ordered a plant online and then had to change the delivery date on the day before it was to be delivered. They were very understanding and accommodating. I was pleased with the service however, was a little disappointed with the size of the plant that arrived. It appeared to be undersized as I had chosen the larger plant and paid a higher price. The web process was user friendly as was the lady who I spoke to when I called with a question.
Overall, my mother and father were happy with their gift and that is all that mattered.

The sizes for peace lilies go by the size of the container that the peace lily is planted in, not how bushy it is. The one pictured is in a 6" pot and then put in a 7" basket. The one your ordered should have been in an 8" pot and in a 10"basket. Please check this and if we made a mistake, we will make it right and exchange it for you. Thank You.

I'm always skeptical when ordering on line, especially flowers. What is shown in a picture is not always what you get. But this was the first time I've ever sent flowers from an on line service that I was absolutely thrilled over! They were beautiful!! The recipient was even happier!
